Just read the article. For multiple dwelling buildings, it's a good thing. If my neighbor's apartment is on fire, I wouldn't want it spreading.

lol. I think its a stupid rule in my case. If my building goes up in smoke after hours its my problem. Im forced to buy insurance for that. Nobody is here so if it burns nobody gets hurt. I was forced to buy a 400 dollar box from a specific company. No choice of vendors. sounds like a scam to me.
