I think we are looking at this wrong. The problem lies with all the motherfucks who want to sue anyone for anything. If some retard bought some of that sweet lemonade then got food poisoning (Don't know how that is possable since lemonade is acid), they could then sue the girls, and the state who did not do there job by not shutting down a unregistered unsafe food buissness.

By all the logic used by the cops as of late YES. But the thing about that is, it would not be a public safety concern excuse would be void. and just a lack of permitting. As the product those kids are selling is all FDA approved and has a wrapper with nutrition guide lines on it and how much you can have in a serving per the Orangutangs wishes.

Unfortunately or fortunately I'm from California with a European upbringing. That aside, you can't just set up a chart about political demographics and be certain political ideologies were the only reason for a girl's lemonade stand for being shut down. I know jumping exactly to that is very entertaining to do but read that and just think how it sounds. For all we know the cop could of just had a divorce.

Right I know you cant be 100% certain with an assumption. It was more to poke fun at wiglaf than anything, and counter his assumptions that all of TX is die hard bleed red Republican, and that the area in which this incident occurred predominately goes blue. With out spending hours upon hours digging up all the facts for the local govt, a reasonable assumption/conclusion is drawn form more available sources of information, that people more than likely dont change their political beliefs based on local vs federal level elections.

I live in San Diego and it always votes republican for the most part yet I still got a cop to let me off when he caught me smoking a joint. If you can find any simple reason to explain that then use that same train of thought for what you're trying to say.
