That is very true. Just look what they did to Palin. Most of the shit that people think she said in 08 was Tina Fey on SNL. And the media just kept playing the shit. There's nothing new to this at all. They've been doing this to him for years. Jon just thinks it's something new is all.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

I've been wondering the same thing. It's not just the center or left media that ignores him either; right-wing darlings Fox News acts like he doesn't even exist! They'll go down the list of winners in the Iowa straw poll and mention 1st, 3rd and 4th place and completely leave out Paul from even a mention.
I don't get it  The right should love this guy, he embodies everything they claim to stand for and will actually follow through on his promises (which I doubt Romney, Bachmann or Perry would do)Comment

Do you work for MSM? That's practically a quote straight off the television.
Ron paul would have an enourmous chance of winning if the media gave him an ounce of coverage.
The fact that a "wacko libertarian" is winning straw polls with grassroots support around the country, and has international support in droves, should speak volumes to his candidacy and why the MSM doesn't want him hired.
If Ron Paul gets elected they don't have a seat in the white house.Comment

So true. I'd guess if republican voters (and a good chunk of dems) actually listened to what RP campaigns on, they would probably vote for him. Problem is most voters are extreeeemely lazy and just passively listen to what media tells them. True on both sides of course.
I believe in almost no conspriracies at all, mainly because they require high competence, intense loyalty and teamwork, and long term secrecy. None of which our government and most groups are capable of. But this concerted media effort at marginalizing rp is really fishy.
for the record im not in rp's camp at all. I'll prob vote for Obama again.Comment

I think it is the far righters that like him. But Republicans in general are not very far right. They're more a waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles shade of red. And they have an agenda as do the Democrats. Ron doesn't fit the Republican agenda. I think it's really that simple.
Well placed.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.
