You have to admit the way the largest proponents of human induced warming push their agenda, share a lot of similarities with what fanatical religious zealots do with their chosen beliefs.

The difference being one group does research and amasses a serious amount of testable data to back up the claims made in their theory, so no...it's not quite the same as theistic faith. I'm not saying there arn't a large number of individuals who take that data and run with it, but the people who've crunched the numbers arn't all out to achieve one group goal that will lead to personal gain.

yes the greennies (who also normally adhear to the warmist agenda) who destroy, mining, logging, construction drilling equipment, sabotage oil rigs and well sites all over the world, take tucks out onto designated jeep tails and burn them at choke points so no one can use them. Cut trees down across and move huge rocks, put what amounts to caltrops, onto horse, ATV, and biking trials in the back country to lame horses, ruin ATV tires and so on, all to serve their wacko ideas of environmentalism. Seems kinda akin to the religious ones who have used violence and destruction to attempt or to achieve their goals.

Now I am not pointing to all and saying these things, its only the few that pull this shit. But the blind flowing of these mantras is similar is all we are saying even by those that dont go to these lengths
