Like I wrote in another thread, the whole problem is the campaign donations (aka corruption), therefor years after the campaign he ows someone a huge favor. The conclusion being that electing a president, who hasn't done one positive thing for the country, costs the people $1.2bil (plus all the other currupt bullshit).
That's like making employees pay to have the worst CEO possible.
