So, they apparently have the driver of the van in custody.....and he shows absolutely no remorse whatsoever and instead blames the whole thing on the girl.
Yangcheng Evening News quoted the man who first struck Yue Yue as saying, "If it was you who hit someone, you'd run too. You can see the little girl, looking around when she walked. If she walked properly, how could I hit her?"
My question is, how can a society be allowed to deteriorate to such appalling levels? They're worse than animals! How anyone can choose to live in such a country is beyond me...Comment

They dont have a choice to live there, they are forced too they are not allowed to leave, its COMMUNIST CHINA after all. and this is not a case of allowed to deteriorate, its a case of never advanced passed such appalling levels.
