Karma is a tough one for me. I can rationalize karma in a localized sense, meaning that people you deal with directly and repeatedly will reciprocate your treatment of them. However, belief in karma in a globalized sense, in that there is some force that balances wrongs and rights that aren't necessarily directly related, seems like it takes a leap of faith equal to that of belief in Jesus, Mohammed, or any other religion.

That said, how do you guys view karma? Is it local meaning limited to your direct interactions, or is it global, meaning a guiding force that governs the earth/universe? If it's a guiding force, why does it exist? Was it created or infinite?

I also have a hard time with karma, because I think it's just as corrupt as any religion out there. I think the concept seems selfish, in that people do things with the expectation of being rewarded for them, as opposed to doing them because they are right.

Hitler is a prime example of a lack of Global Karma.

He did countless unthinkable acts, and in the end he took his own life. Karma didn't get the chance.

On the other hand, I have found in my own life that the more mature I become, the better things get. Though that could simply be summed up to better decision making. But who really knows?

Personally, I believe in God. I do not subscribe to any religion, I just think we were created. I try to be an honest person, not because I fear hell... But rather I just would like to leave a good impression on those left behind when i'm gone.

I guess I didn't realize going a different route made me a moron, hopefully I can be forgiven. Knowing I displeased you is weighing rather heavily on my mind.

Many conversations on here seem to go as follows.

              Poster 1: Logical comment.

              Poster 2: Asshole reply.

Poster 1: Logical and resonable response.

Poster 2: Man you totally fell for that!

Kiddies instead of telling someone they need to lighten up after taking your asshole remark seriously, why don't you just apologize? People need to apply the same respect they do in their day to day lives involving face to face conversations, on the intewebz.

              Oh, and for the record...

Grammar and punctuation is very important. It keeps you from looking at a wall of text and run-on sentences without periods alot easier to read than the other of actually using sentences with topics and conclusions and new ideas I mean this is killing me to write this right now and I feel like I am selling my soul just to prove a point How the hell do you kids do this I still find myself using capital letters after where a period should be its programmed into my brain but fuck i'm hurting not using sentences or paragraphs right now thats it my soul is gone theres nothing left to live for i'm going to.... boom thats it im dead because of you illiterate fucks

Hi, you must be new to the Internet.

                Enjoy your stay.

Also, spelling is just as important as grammar and punctuation. People were pointing out the irony in him using poor spelling more than once, whilst illustrating the poor syntax I used in the first post.

                Geeeez.
