But seriously. I can see this one being abused. There is an awful lot of room for the powers that be to use their discretion, which I believe in this case(and a lot more, but that's a whole other topic) to be a bad thing. I see this a another small, but significant way to start slowly stripping rights laid out by our Constitution.

I don't know, I may just be paranoid, but these little red flags keep popping up. Pick this apart and tear me to shreds r3v.
