Now another pointless argument. The questions about refusing service to people not wearing shirt or shoes was a precursor to an argument about why they are allowed to do so. You asked if they were unconstitutional, which begged to differentiate why that is fine but discriminating against consumers based on protected minority status was not.
You actually made more sense when you were high all the time.Leave a comment:

It's not an argument, it's a question. They did teach you the difference between those two things at that fancy University you went to, right?Leave a comment:

What about these?

Are they unconstitutional, are people protesting locations that display these signs?Leave a comment:

Me too, although this thread was the first analogy between gays and serial killers too...
I think he got lost in his trolling. Certainly hasn't found the other questions to answer.Leave a comment:

Well, you're also talking about a decision. But you welcome protests for a policy you make but not someone else's?Well, since I don't believe in drunk drivers, I welcome protests because I won't fix cars that were crashed due to a drunk driver.
And, if it was the majority as opposed to the minority, we could see a drop in population numbers, which could be a good thing. Maybe homosexuality is natures method of population control. Maybe we should start protesting nature.
Maybe, maybe, maybe.
Population drop is not a good thing. You can protest nature all you want... but it won't make your trolling points make any sense.
But answer the question. If the cake shop refused to make cakes for African Americans for MLK day, would you expect people to protest? Would then it be alright? Is it just because it's the gays that are complaining do you find issue?
And for a business, being anti-gay marriage in Colorado is MORONIC. That'd be like someone in ID or UT being anti-Mormon.Leave a comment:

This is the first time that I've seen a parallel drawn between homosexuals and drunk drivers.Well, since I don't believe in drunk drivers, I welcome protests because I won't fix cars that were crashed due to a drunk driver.
And no, I wouldn't have a problem if they were against this, that or the other. If some store didn't want to serve abnormally tall people, I'd spend the time to find a store that does, instead of wasting time protesting one that doesn't.
And Turf, if it was the majority as opposed to the minority, we could see a drop in population numbers, which could be a good thing. Maybe homosexuality is natures method of population control. Maybe we should start protesting nature.
Maybe, maybe, maybe.
Otherwise, if you're advoicating population control - for which homosexuality may be a contributor - why would you protest nature? Wouldn't you instead sell them cake?Leave a comment:

So if it were refusing to sell to African Americans, or an interracial couple... you'd still have no problem with the cake shop?
And protesting would still not "agree" with you?
Should a business not expect negative feedback if they refuse business to people, and from more than just those that they refuse?
Would you expect protests if you had f_spec say no mexicans will receive a certain service because it is against your beliefs?Leave a comment:
