That said. I would like to see just what they are calling abuse. This instance your dam right. The Zimmercase NO, most everything I have read in recent years that uses Castle Doctrine as a defense or justification, are just what you would expect the law to be used to protect against, its normally pretty cut and dry, in what I have seen anyway .
you have a news paper cite 200 cases out of 1000's yeah thats an accurate data set. Also you dont think those cases may have been cherry picked by a known liberal biased paper to indicate the authors desired bias???? No that never happens does it ???? I can prolly cite 200 cases where the law is not being abused at all and indicate that this is the 1st time castle law is being abused. Or I can prolly find 200 cases like this and show that its always abused and this is the norm.......
