That is actually a really good article.

It's a good explanation for why I still haven't gotten my CCL and don't own a gun.

The only problem is that most shooter situations are the lone wolf variety, not the husband/wife death duo variety. So an incredibly rare occurrence combined with another rare occurrence is about as unlucky as you can get.

Got any evidence to back up that "fact"? Or is it just your opinion?

True, but the other aspects that complicate an already hectic situation can't be ignored. Kind of like our heated discussion with LSM3, playing armed citizen hero is way too risky for many reasons. I don't know, I'm trying not to be wishy washy here, but there are real life details that can't be ignored.

No question. I do believe that it is an obvious and reasonable to conclude that most gun men target unarmed people in gun free zones.

This situation with the two cops and man at Walmart fall so far outside of what we typically see that I would be factoring that outlier in my decision to carry or not, all things being equal.

Good man to give it the gravity it deserves.

Good read and many of the points I have tried to convey about CCW are laid out in there again. The 1st 1/2 of the next last last paragraph is wrought with falsehood though.

Indeed. The source used is unreliable at best.
