Police said Friday a man recently fired from a food processing plant in an Oklahoma City suburb beheaded a woman with a knife and was attacking another worker when he was shot and wounded by the owner of the company.

If the OP or anyone in here actually cared they wouldn't have posted this thread and tried to frame it up with the Ft Hood shooting.

Local reporting has said that he had been trying to convert members of the company to Islam before he was fired.

Once fired, he beheaded one and stabbed another before being shot by the COO.

Believer in radical Islam goes on a tirade at work killing people, seems like its kinda along the same lines as that. Only this time it seems the perpetrator chose a NON-Gun Free Zone in which to try to pull this stunt off which shortened his campaign against his coworkers immensely. Well and the fact he was a bit more brutal and up close and personal with how he was intending to hurt/kill people.....


As you well know the title OTT is more poking at our leaderships tendency to try and down play anything serious with a stupid title. "Work Place Violence", "Man Caused Disaster" etc... Not really the gambit I would have used but effective none the less.

The willingness by some to ignore facts and look the other way is astounding. That's not a spade, it's a black sort of heart shaped card, but certainly not a spade. The accused has radical Islamic links and posts on his fb account. Pictures of beheading, OBL, twin towers, death to America etc. However, I am sure he was just trying to help a coworker shave and he got it a little wrong. The Islamic stuff is pure coincidence.


The I doubt anyone cares is just wishful thinking by the willfully ignorant, and our CIC. I think most will care. Espc when it inspires other "workplace violence ". I am guessing it will come out he was fired because he was espousing Islam on the job, which no doubt will further the "typical workplace violence" narrative being spun.

Now the that the FBI is involved under the direction of EH I have no doubt that the investigation will uncover the unvarnished truth as to how the horrible shaving accident happened ,and how we can prevent future accidents like this from occurring in the future through better knife control laws.

Einhander, I would hope that your location does not reflect your general attitude to life. I also hope you would not be so naive as to truly not be concerned about this incident. Could his firing been the tipping point that made him snap? Probably. However, his choice of decapitation as a method is undoubtedly driven by radical Islam. Or maybe he was just having a really bad day, call it second degree murder and let him parole in 10 yes as I'm sure he will be rehabilitated. Would you welcome him as your new transformed ex convict neighbor. Perhaps, he could work for you after his stint in the gray bar hotel.

I also feel his choice of doing to a woman is intentional as well as details are emerging that he was fired due to his beliefe of stoning women to death. But you know we shouldn't bring region into it. Let's see where the facts take it.
