it's not a slim chance. there was a pipeline leak elsewhere in north dakota while i was there. this shit happens all the time, it's just not publicized.

I understand that. Ever since the initial project approval, every other move on the project was political posturing. Including the Army Corps of Engineers decision to pause the project. Here is your proof of that. Obama was 100% behind the ACE's decision.

Administration changed hands and yes, President Trump directed his administration to reverse Obama's direction. Once again, within his rights as POTUS.
