I mean she did break any and all forms of OPSEC, and potentially the law. There is no denying that. I'm not sure where you're drawing these direct comparisons without all the information. I'll wait until the results of the investigation are available to make any comparisons though. Regardless I think it's ridiculous these officials are allowed to even consider the notion of using any sort of non-government setup email/communication networks for anything work related. It's insane.

Did pence deal with top secret classified data on his aol. Account..... or was it contact with constituents or dinner meeting plans and simple non sensitive type things
Not saying it's right or that its ok, but I think there should be some looking into it, but saying using a personal email is is the same as a personal private server to trasnsfer classified data on is the same thing is a bit off baseThe American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the public's money. -Alexis de TocquevilleOriginally posted by FusionIf a car is the epitome of freedom, than an electric car is house arrest with your wife titty fucking your next door neighbor.

I really hope you're trolling here. We're talking about work the governor of Indiana did using an AOL account vs. the US Secretary of State using a private server and intentionally hide her communications. These are two totally different things. But, whatever.sigpic

well "sensitive" enough that indiana doesn't want to release the content of the emails. not defined as classified but if it can't be released then its important, right?Did pence deal with top secret classified data on his aol. That would depend on if Indiana government officials are allowed by law to conduct government business on their private emails, which is the root of all of these problems.
Absolutely not allowed at the federal level (GWB admin and Hillary did this, almost certainly to avoid having to maintain government records of communications) but could be legal at the state level.Comment
