I'm not sure what kind of logic was used to jump to that conclusion... but I fail to see it.

If you'd have said "sure seem to be a lot of dudes who drank a lot in college around here," I'd be able to follow you. I said, I have no problem with his drinking... which I don't. Still waiting for this circus to end before deciding whether or not he'd make an appropriate SCJ. I'm leaning towards moving on to another nominee at the moment.

have i ever had sex after drinking? yes, fucking of course. there was still consent involved.

I was never invited to those kinds of parties apparently.

I do think some of the fault here lies on a woman drinking to the point of vulnerability as well. <--- And don't construe that as me condoning having sex with an inebriated girl/woman. Just that there has to be some level of self accountability too. Now if she was drugged or roofied or something... Castrate the guy.

As for BK... No proof, actual proof, could convict him... Or even file charges so I can't use that as a disqualifier. But I, personally, think his testimony and the investigation may disqualify him. He's certainly shaping up to be a stereotypical privileged asshole. And frankly, I think we have too many of those in Washington already. On both sides of the aisle.
