    Who is Avenatti's client?

Warning: My client re Kavanaugh has previously done work within the State Dept, U.S. Mint, & DOJ. She has been granted multiple security clearances in the past including Public Trust & Secret. The GOP and others better be very careful in trying to suggest that she is not credible

Michael Avenatti told the Senate Judiciary Committee Monday that his client is prepared to take a lie detector test to prove she can corroborate the allegations of sexual misconduct against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

“My client is prepared to undergo a polygraph examination in further substantiation of her claims provided Mr. Kavanaugh likewise agrees to undergo an examination,” he said in an email to Mike Davis, the Judiciary Committee’s chief counsel for nominations, which he shared on Twitter.

Man this is starting to look like an episode from House of Cards.

Brett is finally on Foxnews tonight. Hopefully. he'll say he already took a polygraph.

Now apparently her testifying needs to wait indefinitely. Stall, stall, stall till midterms!!!!

As I said these allegations against politicians on both sides decades later is bullshit. Word on the street is this chick was a party animal and a slut...how much of that is people trying to discredit her, I'm not sure.

This was my assessment all along as well. Not understanding all the vitriol regarding the stalling though. It's extremely disgusting and ugly tactics, but it's the only hand the Dems had/have to play. The Republicans stalled Obama's appointee... and now have this to deal with. This is the political culture and atmosphere that BOTH parties have cultivated.

That said... I hope that once this is over, and no charges have been filed, everyone involved gets their asses sued off by Brett for libel. And that should apply whether he is confirmed or not.

Ryan, thank you for your LEO service.

Yup they both can reap what the sow, although one of these reasons is likely totally made up. I really wish judges, especially supreme court judges had no political bias. The courts should be centered in my opinion

The second accuser was a joke. Took her 6 days to recall and point fingers.

Lets wait for these two other Avenatti women. If they are credible, I'm guessing they'll drop Brett especially if we find out he paid them off.

Honestly I think avenatti is just looking to get his name out there, is it to gain traction to get into a political spot or getting in the limelight is to be seen

Down goes Fraizer, Down goes Fraizer, Down goes Fraizer?

Hardly the Thriller in Manilla but sure the Avenatti effect comes full circle today: Enter Julie Swetnick

No polygraph for Julie but she is willing to submit herself to the FBI for one.

Can Brett just take a polygraph and put this all to rest? Seriously, just a few minutes for kicks.

There is yet another 4th witness. The vote is schedule for Friday but one wonders what the new round of witnesses have to say.

Republicans dont want Mark Judge to testify. Sure, he'll say he knows nothing but that guy by his own writings calls to questions what when on in that climate. You dont want anyone like this remotely testifying and casting doubts.

                      Here is the story:

Attorney Michael Avenatti revealed the identity of his client, the third woman to accuse President Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct.
She is Julie Swetnick, a Washington, DC, resident.
Swetnick alleges that Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge were present when she was "gang raped" during the early 1980s.

Attorney Michael Avenatti on Wednesday revealed the identity of his client, the third woman to accuse President Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, as Julie Swetnick, a Washington, DC, resident.

Swetnick signed a sworn declaration in which she alleged, among other things, that Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge were present when she was "gang raped" at a party in 1982. She said she shared details of the incident with two additional people shortly after the sexual assault took place.

According to Swetnick's sworn declaration, tweeted by Avenatti minutes before he posted a photo of Swetnick, the accuser said she first met Kavanaugh and Judge at a Washington, DC-area house party some time between 1980 and 1981.

Between 1981 and 1983, Swetnick said she attended "well over 10 house parties" where Kavanaugh and Judge were present. She said she witnessed both men "drink excessively and engage in highly inappropriate conduct, including being overly aggressive with girls and not taking 'no' for an answer."

Swetnick's allegations included claims that Kavanaugh and Judge tried to "spike" drinks with drugs or liquor that was particularly high in alcohol content to "cause girls to lose their inhibitions and their ability to say 'no.'"
She claimed she witnessed Kavanaugh and Judge do this so women could be "gang raped" by a "train" of boys that, she says, included Kavanaugh and Judge.
"I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their 'turn' with a girl inside the room," she said.

Swetnick said she was raped in 1982, claiming she was "incapacitated without my consent and unable to fight off the boys raping me." She said she believed she was drugged using Quaaludes, a sedative.

Swetnick said she is aware of other witnesses who can attest to the truthfulness of her entire declaration.

Swetnick said she witnessed Kavanaugh engage in "abusive and physically aggressive behavior toward girls, including pressing girls against him without their consent, 'grinding' against girls, and attempting to remove or shift girls' clothing to expose private body parts."

Pointing to Kavanaugh's comment from a Fox News interview earlier this week where he said he was a virgin for "many years after" high school, Swetnick said the claim was "absolutely false and a lie," adding that she witnessed the judge "consistently engage in excessive drinking and inappropriate contact of a sexual nature with women during the early 1980s."

Though there was little information on Swetnick available online prior to Avenatti's tweet, her declaration, which Avenatti said he provided to the Senate Judiciary Committee, was sworn under penalty of perjury. Swetnick said she holds multiple active US government security clearances. Experts said that making false statements on such a document would be a "career-ender" for her.

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Kavanaugh had not responded to the latest allegations as of Wednesday morning, but he has strongly denied any past allegation of sexual misconduct that has been brought before him in recent weeks.
Swetnick becomes the third woman to publicly accuse Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct

The first was Christine Blasey Ford, a professor who alleged that, while in high school, Kavanaugh pinned her down and put his hand over her mouth, groping her while his friend watched.

Ford is testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday morning.

On Sunday, The New Yorker published the account of a second accuser, Deborah Ramirez, a former Yale University classmate of Kavanaugh's. She alleged that Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at a dorm-room party during the 1983-84 school year when he was a freshman at the university. Ramirez was initially reluctant to come forward because she said there were gaps in her memory.

Regarding Ford's allegation, Kavanaugh said it is "completely false." Responding to Ramirez, Kavanaugh said the "alleged event from 35 years ago did not happen."

Avenatti first revealed that he had a client making such claims after The New Yorker published its story on Ramirez Sunday night. The attorney, who also represents porn star Stormy Daniels in her battle with Trump over a non-disclosure agreement, was faced with skepticism initially. On Tuesday, Avenatti disputed an online rumor that he had been "scammed."

Democrats, meanwhile, were cautious in discussing Avenatti's client prior to his Wednesday revelation.

A Senate Judiciary Committee source told CNN that the committee responded to Avenatti and investigators have "immediately started looking" into Swetnick's allegations. The committee also asked if she is willing to speak with investigators, CNN reported.

Here is the actual declaration to Committee link:

The sworn declaration from Julie Swetnick accuses Kavanaugh of engaging in sexual misconduct at alcohol-fueled parties when he was in high school in the early 1980s.

I think we can agree on one thing: someone is lying.

Call it Monday morning quarterbacking but after maybe the 2nd or 3rd party, I would have stopped attending them if this was the common place behavior.

Having seen the complete hearing, it sounds as if two juvenile stupid H.S. football player were playing with a cheerleader. Ford testimony was perfect and that extra door was just the icing on the cake. Even the Foxnews people started saying who is the next canidate. It was just that bad.

But the witness said nothing happened! How can you reconcile that????

All I got was that they couldn't remember because most of it was uneventful except for 3 people. Honestly, considering the circus and cost, sadly enough, most would say they saw nothing.

I think Brett has grown up. I also think he doesn't want to ruin his reputation by acknowledging this incident. They just groped her, it wasn't as if they were trying to rape her but given the lasting effects on Ford, clearly they screwed up.

                                That's what happen.

I would love to Brett to take a polygraph. It still wont explain things but it would cast doubts. Until he does so, Ford wins in my score board.

I don't know about the Avenatti clients. The story makes it sounds as if this guy was super wild. Avenatti says he will pursue this. There is no statue of limitation on rape in Maryland. Brett might find himself impeached at the end. I have my doubts at the moment about Avenatti (just not enough proof) but Ford's testimony made much sense of a 15year girl that was at the wrong place at the wrong time.

The GOP knows what happened. Biggest clue was that they did not subpoena Mark Judge.
