The cars you win for leveling up, all suck, Im selling them in my auction house, starting bid, 1,000 on all cars i have in there. Last night someone scored my reventon, (2.2 mil car)for 67,000. I got killer deals, Gamertag is NIKOLAI R, check out my auctions. great deals.Comment

You need all of the cars to get the collector achievement... have fun buying them back at full price.Comment

No, you need atleast one from every manufacturer. Not all cars. Besides, it makes the game take longer to complete if I have race to earn credits to buy some of them back. I just dont like having a cluttered garage. The only cars i use right now, is My Aston DB5, Ferrari 355C, and my 993 GT2. I just dont want cars in my garage that I will never use.Comment

what transmission? i hate the clutch thing... don't tell me you use the clutch. otherwise i race with everything off.
he probably bought it from there, and subsequently cannot sell it. maybe the whole car.
that was for forza 2, for forza 3 you only need one from each manufacturer. also, not everyone cares about achievements.
you are an interesting character. it's not like you have an actual garage with actual cars that are actually creating space problems for you. i guess it just depends if you plan on doing every single race or not, because you could probably get through 95% of the races without ever having to buy a car. the only car i've bought so far is the e30 m3 (2 actually) and that's because they are cheap and i'm a fanboiComment

I've always been a fan of the GT series, but after they released the prologue I knew it would be years before that game saw the light of day. The forza series are definitely must-own if you have an Xbox and enjoy racing games. I've been playing it at my friend's and I'm seriously addicted.1990 Islandgrun 535iM Sedan

I just want to keep a clean looking garage. All the cars I get for free I hate. So i get rid od em. But for races that require specific cars, ill by that car, win the race series, then sell it. Instead of just selling the cars to the game, I auction them off cheap, Id rather see them go to another player, than just dissapear.what transmission?

Do you have pedals and a steering wheel? I can't imagine using a clutch on an xbox control... I can only see it being beneficial on the launch.Originally posted by z31maniacI just hate everyone.

Damn. That can't be necessary? So pretty much when you hit a and b to shift (I think it's those) you just tap the clutch at the same time or a little before? Do you have to r3v match?Originally posted by z31maniacI just hate everyone.

I use the clutch on some tracks, it really depends on the car and circuit.Comment

i feel like i need to practice more... you will probably kick my butt. and i shouldn't be playing anyway, i should be writing my thesis!
i play with just the controller, too. i wish i could buy 1 wheel to use with both ps3 and 360, but nooooo the 360 has to have a proprietary system and won't allow a logitech wheel (for example) to work. and the 360 wheel/pedals doesn't have a clutch, only paddles.
i don't think the clutch (which you use by pressing LB) is beneficial for anything except maybe drifting if you wanted to "kick the clutch in".Comment

Lol no you dont, I changed the buttons up so I would have to look at a controller to see what I use now. I have been playing around with it alot.
I dont know, I havent played on live alot. It all depends on the car, class, and track. I mostly play with the higher end cars with 500+ hp range.i feel like i need to practice more... you will probably kick my butt. and i shouldn't be playing anyway, i should be writing my thesis!
