There are tons of free and paid programs. If you torrent tehre are so many options. Just hit it in google really fast and you'll see. It does depend on your OS quite a bit too.

win7. forza lets you save replays as wmv's which apparently youtube does not accept.

Just google "free windows movie converter" or something of the like and I'm sure you'll find something. I've been on OSX for a while now so I don't remember what I used to use on Windows. I know I used something though... and that wasl ike 4 years ago, I'm sure there are more option now.

usually what happens when you convert videos, though, is you'll have a 10MB video as one format, then the converted file is like 1GB. which is a pain.

Don't convert in such a high resolution or quality format then... IT all depends.

PS: I built a pretty sweet e30 m3 when I stole forza from my friend and played it on his xbox when he was gone. haha. But now I feel complete with he game and no longer need to buy it. (PS: if only valve springs REALLY did add 25hp.)
