Can't get this (or any) picture to 600 x 250 Please help!

So.... The whole point of this was a legal sig pic & now it seems no one has a sig. I went to put in the link & there is nowhere for a sig :(

i think that you could use a higher quality pic... but here's a quick p-shop without that stupid logo, and i kept some of the background too.

Can one of you P.S. gods please reduce this to 250 height? I have tried & tried but it always also reduces the width too.
