Need Vector work

I am designing t-shirts for the local e30 club we're creating here in the MD/DC/NoVA area and I need some help creating vector images from three photos. I will NOT be selling these shirts, they are only for club members so I'm hoping someone here can help out and donate some time to change these over. I'm going for a style similar to 8380 Labs shirts (they have awesome designs, I highly recommend them!)

I've chosen 3 photos from among the hundreds I've save off of r3v, I'm hoping that someone can help me out here, I'm not too good with vector images, I'm more a PS guy.
