my biggest issue with e30s and skirts is that the side of an e30 has a convex curve to it, making skirts which are flat look out of place.

so in my design, the middle part of the skirt is curved, nearly the same shape as the rocker, but the front and the back flare a bit to follow the side of the car straight downward.

disclaimer: side skirts should never go on an early model car without a rear valance to match. the late model can pull it off because the rear valance is low enough.

I guess I have not found a skirt to match my hacked up BBS front which has the upswept line which is kind of visable in this pic and in my opinion works extremely well with the non M3 guards, or fenders as you refer to them :p

If you look at them from this kind of angle on golde30's luscious spankworthy jiz target, I dont think the crease is super strong and makes wood hard wood.

Agreed and agreed. The part you are talking about looks badass, the huge upsweeps...eh, not for me.

Your BBS is more extreme than the early iS by a long shot! I like it though. Generally, the real Euro stuff like BBS or Erebuni always seem so overdone to me. Yours works pretty nice, especially in that color.
