1st coat. i had it dry overnight and will now sand down and prep for second coat. i love how its very fine grain shows through, like our HMMWV carc paint. totally looks the part!

so something went wrong with the decals. lol

i dont think i waited long enough for the ink to dry and sprayed the sealer on too early. the ink in the decals cracked and they were very very brittle once i got the out of the water to apply on the model. good thing this was a test run on a C5 Vette and not the M3. haha. also i have no idea what i was thinking when buying the decal film but i bought white not clear so small stuff like the Recaro and BBS decals have a background.
