need help vectorizing

i tried vectorizing either of these and its beyond me. anyone know a quick way? i need to cut some vinyl with these.

Use live trace in adobe illustrator if you want to get it done quick and dirty. By the way all of the gradients will not show up.

you're not going to cut something that complicated in vinyl.

vinyl is for text or simple logos.

you're not going to get a background or 5 million colors with cut vinyl.

take it from someone in the industry.

your best bet is printing those.

I know he first one is Pretty much out of the Picture. I tried the live trace and the tire doesn't come out to well on the bottom PDF file.
