    Can you shadowline me, please?

    Theres an e28 M5 in my neighborhood that looks great with shadowline trim and black bumpers. I'm considering painting both the trim and bumpers black. Anyone willing to do a mock up on these photos?

    slight thread jack..but how do you plan on getting anything to stick to it? i cant get paint to stick to the trim to dave my life.

        clean, sand, clean, paint. Its worked on every other surface I've painted.

          i did this and it stuck fine for a while then chipped off and looks like shit now.

                ever try self etching primer? great for painting aluminum and might work with the trim pieces too

                  Yep. I have it on my car right now. It has only peeled up in one spot in about 6 months. And it's been raining every now and then
