I talked to the guy who built it years ago, was from Leipzig Germany. Honestly, the cleanness of that car would make you all cry. it was running 1 pump from a hydraulic dump years ago, and had some cool pinstriping on it.

Not my cup of tea, but the guy controlling is good. Most often when I see someone making a car "dance" it's pretty lame, this was actually fun to watch. I loved the way he had the front wheels rock from side to side just enough to make it look like it's shufflin'.
