The best way to reduce noise is to buy a camera that isn't crap. There are some noise reduction plugins for photoshop that work pretty well, but by the time you've bought photoshop and the plugins (they are not cheap), you're almost at the cost of a usable DSLR.

I already scraping, Its lower than it looks, plus the 17" tires are smaller than the 15's. Lowering in Chicago, is not a luxury I have.

Look great man. How do you like the 17's? still want 18's? BTW, you should leave the ESM caps. The blue/white roundel would clash against your cars theme.
