When I was searching for pictures of that jetta, I found a 9 page post that talked about how he got ticketed by a cop down the street. The cop claimed that it resembled the north carolina cars, and such. He removed the light rack, and is waiting to dispute it at court.... I can't imagine how the average person would be fooled by a car in the U.S. that says "polizie" and with different colors...

I think it is a different but cool paint scheme....

Either way he is supposed to be going in court anytime, the post is updated daily....

Its a load of BS too, no way in hell you could mistake that for an american cop, especially with the lightstack off of it.

It looks like decals to me, pretty cool idea.. i dont think i would want to paint the car like that though, you may get tired of it.. haha then you would be fucked.

Maybe you could get some high quality vinyl.

I like the idea, I love that VW.. but I agree eventually you may tire of it.

haha i took my car by scott's shop and he really liked the 318is. I might take my car to that guys place when i'm back in town.
