I was wondering if anyone has the skill/software to remove the partial bra from my hood. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as i am thinking about removing it. (i would just take it off and check, but it is getting older and brittle)

Hopefully you've washed under the bra evertime you've washed the car otherwise I bet the paint is messed up too.
The hood dosn't align perfect with the grill, but it gives you an idea atleast...
