If you're on a budget, I'd go with either JOM coilovers or an H&R spring/Bilstein shock combo. I dunno, I haven't researched into suspension at all as I bought my car with GC Coils installed already :\

Get JOMs and some 5" rear springs OP. You'll likely need/want camaro rear shocks ($50 for the pair on blunt). You can do all of these mods slowly and save money. Of course if money is of no object, get GC's with shortened adjustable koni's and shortened and PC'd strut housings.

im probably gonna get JOMs.. was lookin at those. money is a object right now as i do not have a job lol. applied for two and one pays $525 a month and the other is like $10 and hour so if i do get the jobs it wud be pretty damn easy to pic some up
