Bill Caswell was speaking at this event for SDBMWCCA. The car featured in the videos is a fully modified E36 M3. It has an Electric Motor which can output over 400hp. They limit the motor for street driving but it can be tuned easily for the track. It's a really cool car. The company who did the mods is EV West. Check the link below for more info.
