Backwards sloping spokes & multi-bolt spacing holes???
Only thing they have going for them is they are at least ASA's, a subsidiary of BBS. Otherwise.... YUCK! Euro basketweaves would look better, and be cheaper, no matter how "played out" they are.

I didn't think it looked like the sloped back that much. And yeah, the only thing I don't like about them is the exposed multi-bolt holes, but I love the look of them and the color. The only way I would run weaves is if they were Ronal LS's, and even still, 15" is just that much too small for my taste, I like 16's.

Here's a much bigger pic, I don't see the backward sloping you're talking about. Maybe a little bit, but not enough that they stick way out past the rim.

I like them a lot, although, if i were to go with a set of asa's, they would be the AR1. Something about how the spokes mold into the very outer rim of the em9's turns me off a little. But i must admit, they look very nice on your car. LOL the funny thing is, your car makes the js1's (i think thats the name?) look good!

"Having won more road races than any other model in history, the E30 M3 is considered by many to be the world's most successful road race car." - Simply put, E30s kick ass.

I really like the AR1's, except for the fake 2-piece rivets along the outside of the spokes. But I was thinking about them, I could probably live with them, since there isn't a ton of them. I also like the nice bit of dish they have. But I like the color of the EM9's, and the with the style and the color combined, they look like a cross between the RG-R and the RC, both of which I've always liked but really can't afford. I've always wanted a set of BBS-style split-spokes, and I really like these. They're definitely closer to the RC as far as the more flat face of the rim, but have a similar color to the RG-R.

if u get the center caps from the JS1, they will prolly work on those also to cover up the bolt holes...center looks the same as the JS1 with the cap off...(i have JS1's thats how i can tell)

I'm sorry Josh but I don't like those EM9 wheels at all. I can't stand how the spokes come out to the edge and even past the edge of the rim. I'll go ahead and say the AR1's win over those hands down! Don't st=ettle on wheels just to settle on wheels [and trust me there] and don't convince yourself you really want to wait 3 months to get them which we all know will only end up being more.

do the ar1 come in the correct offset?

They come in Honda Civic fitment, which is 4x100, I'll just have to use spacers, which I would have to with the EM9's anyway.

I love the dish that the AR1's have, and I REALLY don't want to wait 3 months to order wheels, lol. The only problem with them is those fake multi-peice rivets, I still don't know if I could live with them. They make the wheel look very busy. They're also $120 than the EM9's.

But look at this pic of the EM9's, the spokes don't come out past the lip of the wheel. They're pretty flat.

Sorry but you'll never convince me on those wheels. The AR1 is 10x hotter.

You know, the more I look at them, the more I like them (the AR1's).

Urban does have a point... it would be nice not to have to blow $200 on spacers, and another $100 on a stud kit.

EDIT - may have found something...
