A lowered (street only obviously) truck with some stiffer suspension (so usability is still an option) would be easier to load and unload cargo from the bed.

When it comes to driving in circles, lowered trucks are more entertaining to watch than american family sedans. NUF_SAID

Sorry for the tangent, but has anyone RAISED an iX??? i hear about people not being able to lower them far b/c the CV boots tear quicklyer*?* (haha)

Any pics ever seen of a RAISED e30? the stock height is rather high, i'd imagine that only a 1-2" raise with some beefy tires and you could have a rather competent off-roader with decent ground clearance

Lowering a truck doesn't defeat the purpose of owning a truck. It's hypocritical to be mad at people that jack up trucks and don't take them off road, because those people could have lowered their trucks and not taken them off road and you still would have hated them.
Back from Vacation in a lowered RV:-D

lowering is not for looks on my end:p

2wd off road pre/desert runners are off road 2wd.
