Lots of work left to do but the general idea and company logo are there. This one of 3 new ventures, however this one has some backing from a Microsoft buddy who likes F1 has much as I do.

not bad, but I have some suggestions:
the logo needs more definition, the text of the logo blends right into the colors of the flag. I'd use a brighter color for the logo, perhaps red or blue. yellow is a bad color for a logo, especially on a light background - it's pretty hard to see, especially if you have any customers who are older and don't have very good eyes.
the rest is simple (good) but it's a bit bland because there are no colors at all. just changing the link colors would probably be enough, just don't use something unreadable like yellow. -
Hey I think I will change it to red with Red lettering over the grey on the button and site text.

I would have said the same thing about the logo, yellow is a little harsh, but it seems you're already going to be doing something about it. Anyhow, as a sidenote that I thought was pretty funny, the first thing I thought it said was "Uber Garbage"
