ivo316 I dig your style man. Another way to do it would be to put E30 or R3V where BMW is. You could do many different versions. Yours is super cool and creative, awesome. Just for shits and giggles can you make the blue areas black and the white areas red and make BMW or E30 up top red...gotta see it.

If you change the white and blue prop design like ivo did that may change the trademark, kinda like flipping the nike swish upside down and adding a bend. you make it red and black with the r3v sign. or you just make one that is non bmw related. And Bmw's not coming after 200 Roundels, they would just stop you from making more, if they ever even heard about it.

I just want to see different rondels. I'm putting my car together and I don't think I want the stock ones. Like to see peoples ideas for their own mostly but would also like to see any other ROUNDel thats out there.

Do you have the part number for that camel shit thing? Do they have it at BMA?

Thanks for the move. I'm sure the majority of this would be done in photoshop but I'm not sure if that's the right place for it. It may just be a photo of a rare ROUNDel. People could paint these, hell they could pinstripe them or even glue macaroni on it...who knows?

ivo is throwing together some color variations tonight. Black and red with a black and red R3V. and a cool one would be black and white with a red R3V, maybe E30 instead of BMW, A badge in the m colors, German flag, just R3V, blah blah blah.

Yes, there can... Even if you use the roundel with something other than BMW written in it, it is still obviously a copy and BMW will get you. I heard they are very strict when it comes to copywrite infringement.

If you made the badge black and white (and maybe red?) all it said was R3V and the square corners were lightly rounded would that be trademark infringement?

Did Bmw ever come after the guy who sold those trunk E30 badges? E30 is trademarked just like the propellers.

Who cares if they ever can be made, I just want to see what people can come up with.
