i find a lot of the e36 hate a little hard to believe. it often comes from people who have m20 powered ratty e30's (m20 sucks btw). I'll bet 90% of the e36m3 haters have never driven one on a track.
e36 interiors fall apart, but the ones that have been well maintained are pretty damn luxurious. I got a 98 m3 coupe a couple weeks ago and the interior is baller as hell. However I had a 95 that was beat to shit as well.
U.S. s5x is a very different motor than euro, but still pretty stout compared to anything that came in a non-m e30. more comfy to own as well, I don't like those solid lifters.
Granted the e30 feel and look are different, just saying most of the people who criticize e36's seem to be doing so to comfort their own decision to own an old e30.
and this is coming from someone with 2 s5x powered e30's right now, a euro s50b30 touring and a u.s. s52 car
edit: btw that wasn't meant toward anyone in particular nor to be insulting towards anyway, just general commentaryLast edited by ColdAccord; 11-13-2010, 02:32 AM.Originally posted by bluntcan you get me a deal on cases of their (fiji) bottled water? i wash my 02 in that shit

I forgot to say that I really like e36's, mikes especially but some really nice black and white and even techno violets out there. And the Estoril blues, damn. Not much for the sedans though, tbh.
I went to find some pics but I must not have backed them up.
I drive a fairly ratty homebrew m20, unrelated in this case( f ; _ ; )f

Boxys so fucking hawt, I've wacked it to your avatar at least 3 times already.
