sir my last e30 is in front of my house....put back together like nothing ever happened....its called being able to fix what you break. theres different types of enthusiast....those who drive like babys and those who drive the car for what it was built for. and you are going to need to read a little bit harder it was a 40mph collision with a rather large hill....are you that illiterate? i am no pro. i do it as a hobby but you on the other hand man your amazing.....theres no need to do what you did to your car for drifting purposes....stock plastics don't even weight that much. and i'm not talking about cracking the bumper cover which is what i think you are talking about. i am talking about a collision...who the hell cares if the bumpers crack i'm talking about structual support....because right now you don't have any.....your frame is weak as hell. and what do you do to initiate the drift? pansy E-brake pulls?? theres nothing wrong with clutch kicking....just you slide little corners and thats it...theres no real big transitions in there or anything like that....i don't have any videos of me drifting at the moment....i have missed alot of events this season sadly and all that is left here in MD is back roads. but i assure you that once i get a new oil cooler to replace my cracked and busted up one i will have plenty of videos to share.

As for the M3, their resale value may be increasing but so is the cost of parts and maintenance. Any gain is negligible and by the time you have a car as heavily modded as the OP's the actual market value becomes very pliable. Very few cars are good investments these days, unless you factor in the personal enjoyment and satisfaction gained from driving and ownership.

If your buying a car for an investment, you need to be looking at american cars, not kraut rockets. Unfortunatly, our cars will never be worth what an OG 69 RS SS Camaro with a hurst package and locker can fetch. Especially when ours have become so modified over the years.

I look at cars as an alternative to a drug habit, they both cost about the same, but I have WAY more fun in cars!
