sure i guess. rice in my book means a mod to your car that serves no function other then to make it look faster. if these rims are lighter then the originals they would serve a function, which to me would not make them rice. they may not look great but what ever. i don't care ether way. it's not my car.
i have another rear wheel drive honda.

they don't look horrible on the integra, but I gaurantee you they aren't lighter than bottlecaps.
