    Found these - Polish countryside

So I got down and arrange my disk space, and found these - pictures from last summer on the countryside.

    Enjoy.

Why is it that European countrysides and run-down places always look better than in the US. Here it always looks trashier. Maybe it's just me, but their "old run-down stuff" looks prettier, haha.

            Justs get out of Maine...

BTW The Poslih pictures remind me of the movie Defiance about a bunch of Jews "escaping" from the Nazis and living in the woods for 4 years...

              Ohhh...

Don't mention that movie... It's distributor asked whether it's based on facts, answered "partially".

The leader of that "defiance" became a soviet agent after WWII... Some hero. What is it with Craig's roles - always something to do with foreign inteligence...

You are making me want to spend a lot of money for plane tickets and the country side is a very fitting place for e30's!

                      Beautiful

I spent 2 weeks in poland (Gdow, south east of krakow) last spring with the GF visiting her grandparents and family. Most beautiful country I have ever been to. Felt odd the first 2-3 days then got alot better mentally. After I came home I missed it so bad; still to this day.

Polska jest bardzo piekna. Trzeba tam byc i zobaczyc zeby to zrozumiec. :D

Ive been to Poland twice as well as a number of euro countries and Im not sure I would call it one of the most beautiful but it was nice. For some reason they seem to have one of the most unwelcoming and angry populations of any euro country I have been to. Trying to arrange travel by train even in Warsaw, were you would expect to find at least 1 english speaking worker, was a chore. I remember in Gdansk on our first time their we spent 2 hours in the train station trying to explain what a eurorail pass was to the ticket lady and my gf speaks polish. All that being said I did enjoy my time in Poland a lot especially Zakopane.

                            edit: Nice pics!

All I can explain to you is that you just have to know how to deal with them. For some reason I would love to deal with that if it meant going back and living in Poland again. The country side there is almost too gorgeous.

And yes I would love to see more of your photos.
