You guys act like people who download music and programs download and steal everything we own. I'm sorry, but I don't agree with paying $300 for a peice of software.
I have a DVD collection nearing almost 400, and I've paid for every single one of them. My movie collection on my computer? 6.

I do have close to 4000 mp3's on my computer as well, but I also own almost 1000 CD's.

I'd honestly like this to be the end of this discussion, because we could argue about this for DAYS. :D

I'm sick of these whiny little gun control freaks ruining my country, God did
not intend to inspire the use of plastic so I could pay Universal Records 23$
for not even 1oz. Mind you, how bad the RECORD companies and such shaft
artists, and you think my downloading of a cd is that bad, pfft. I can understand
the intellectual rights of property over a piece of software, but I think with holding
source for non-government and military applications is just crass.

Charlie you have to sympathize that our government has shafted us on enough
shit (IRS, DSHS, Homeland Security) that our national debt has nothing to do with
the common Joe (or Josh) and I'm sure when you get a little older, you'll understand
that Big Brother DOES owe you.

I personally think that anyone who asks for or about pirated software on a BMW forum
should have his account temporarily suspended though. Because this is neither the
PLACE to do it, or the PEOPLE to be doing it around. I don't want to see Jord-o getting
his forum pulled because some thirteen year old granola can't use google.com. I know
for a fact that phpBB monitors for key words, and it'd do that kid well to go back and ***
