    it fits....

well, i picked up a used autopower roll bar almost free from the generious mario langsten and well, it fits, i will be refinishing it, then welding it into the car, so any doubt of a 2-door roll bar fitting in a 4 door is gone. the only thing different is that you see the main hoop through the rear window instead of it being covered by the 2-doors further back b-pillar. pics...

next year, part of working at BPG is going to all the drivers schools and track events with our cars, so i will be going to pretty much every event as the company goes to pretty much every event, hence the winter prep, harnesses are the next big buy.

A harness is the next "big buy?" Jesus, they must not be paying you.

oh, btw, why are you going to weld in a bolt in roll bar?

not big buy, actually i found a set for free, so that works, and it's a bolt in or a weld in, you can do whatever you want, welding it in stiffens the chassis more than bolting it in, and i'd rather not drill holes in the body, and it's just better just becuase i say so ;)

Be sure that the harness is less than 4 years old. The elastic material used in harnesses degrades over time.

i can only safely run a 4pt with the sport seats, and right now new seats arent in my budget, so until i have about $1500 saved for recaro speeds and 6pts, i will be running 4pts and sport seats
