      Yes. Easy, and cheap. I have always loved solid mounts in my projects. With the big, lopey cam, the whole car goes into a resonant side-to-side wiggle sometimes. It makes me smile.

          they are made with 80a poly which is softer than 75d.

              Just want to make sure you know he is talking about reinforcing the mounting ears on the subframe. Like the kit AKG sells.

                Solid mounts like akg are a totally different beast than poly's. If this is going to be your track car, then feel free to go aluminum. But you will feel every movement and vibration of the engine throughout the entire car. The car will definitely feel much tighter and more responsive, but be prepared for a drastic change in going from a nice street/track car to an all out race car.
