The RT-615 has evolved into RT-615K and is 25% more expensive.

I see. Looks like the tread pattern is the same, they just revised the compound, probably just something softer and hopefully it doesn't get greasy. It'll be interesting to see the difference.

I've run a set of ZE-912's for about a year and a half now. They've seen four track days. I have nothing to compare them against as they're the first set of tires I've ever purchased with the intent for track use but I have no complaints at this time. The audible feedback I get in the twisties is very helpful in letting me know how hard I'm pushing them.

They seem to do well in the rain and they have seen the snow (not by choice) and were abysmal. I'm hoping to find some lightweight 15" wheels soon to widen my choices. The RT-615s look interesting.
you actually used them on some twisties??? how'd you do with them?? i didnt know there were e30 drivers that drove twisties

Of course they do, all I need is a angle grinder and some tips from whattayahoo18.

Can't beat an angle grinder and good old godfathers grinding skillz.

I love how his thread died too.

I have the 912's. (Up front only)

In my opinion they are too soft, and I haven't even had the chance to track my car yet and I can still tell you this..

They are great quiet all around tires though.
