So what rims are you guys running to use 235/17?
Just some rolling and fits good?

      For racing I use D-Force 17x8.5 et40 on 235/40/17

For my DD 235s I have BBS RS that are 17x8 et35 and 17x9 et35

Though the 17x8 will soon be 17x8.5, I need to calculate the offset later...

        That's cool.
What is the offset? I think thats really important.

does apex make any of those ARC8 wheels for E30s with a more concave face? I know the E36 guys have quite a few offset and width options that will make the face more/less concave

But people don't like to post it like it's top secret.

235s seem to be as big as you can go in the front with out sorting out some rubbing issues. Im on alot bigger right now, but 225 would be as big as I would go in the front, rear seems to fit bigger.
On a side note 255s do not fit stock fenders hehe.

                              yes it rubbed. alot.

can 255s fit up front and rear with fender rolling/pulling or must you go with flares on a late model?
