Lets Talk E30 Potential.

^ Mainly the crude suspension design, lack of power and lack of room for rubber. A 245 is the widest I have seen anyone put on an E30 without putting huge flares on them--most do 225s or 235s tops.



It would be interesting to do a track day with you. Same suspension, same wheels/tires, same number of doors and whores, but I've got swaybars, an extra cam and some extra weight.

Oh and my trans won't shift into 4th.

I pretty much went over it

450/600 GCs with G60 inserts and M3 sway tabs
22/19 swaybarbarians
15x8 C1s and 225/45 RS3s
M50NV, G260 and S3.73
No AC, No trunk tar but yes Luke box

Was curious about that extra cam and the weight. I have the m20, no trunk tar, luke box and I left the a/c for now.

Driver being equal, get the lightest e30 and add most hp, best suspension and tires you can and you'll have grin from ear to ear :)

I think an e30 w/ an S5x swap, decent suspension, and some simple things like weight removal and a good driver would amount to a more than capable track toy / DD

P-Plate = Provisional License for when you just start driving or have lost your license and have started again, they are usually 17-21 year olds.
