Why are you dead set on 15s? weight? It seems like 17s would give you a lot more options

Performance Superlight GTR comes in 15x10.

I'd spend the extra and get a set of Kodiaks. $375 for a 20lbs. wheel at ET -26 is not a deal.

since my current 15x8 have a +20 offset and the 949 are +36 so i figure a 12mm at minimum to 20mm to fix the issue

If you're not dead set on 10" wide, you could run the 15x9 from 949 with some LARGE spacers. But I'm sure you knew that already.

running 275 hoosiers, clearance would not be a an issue after fenders have a date with some cutting tools and flares.

He's looking at running the 275/35-15 Hohos if he's looking for a wheel that wide.

That said, there are no off the shelf options that I'm aware of. You're looking at CCW, Fikse, Keizer et. al. for that sort of thing. I wouldn't do Diamond Racing. Those will be impressive boat anchors.
