Hello there..
Had a splendid day with my wife and other friends on Sunday May 8th,
this is my 6th time there and 4th times when driving ,,
with out doubt my favorite place of all on planet earth,,
A friend of mine is a member there and owns a LOLA F3 with 4cyl Cosworth 2.6 ((engine choice is for reliabuility)) and a RADICAL SR8
[[ 2.6 V8 with hayabusa heads ]] power is 380 -460 but 380 is reccomended in hot climate
unbeliveble car compared to the SR3 :eyecrazy
he started with a SR3 1300 ((Hayabusa engine from POWERTECH)) then a upgraded SR3 1500 and last year he went all inn and took the SR8
((remember that ,, the SR8 have hold the Nurburgring record for a while now ,,, but the ZONDA recently broke it,, but the Zonda is not a road-leagal one,, so it actually don´t count ))
well i can´t really describe in words how astonishing car the SR8 is compared to the SR3
IMO the RADICAL cars is the best track-toy you can get ,, that means value for money,, the SR3 is more than enough and is A LOT more cheaper to run vs SR8,,
His SR8 has paddle shift ,, and fore sure you will get better laptime with that but i prefere normal stick ,, (( these cars have sequential gearboxes))
on sathurday 07 of may,, a young Finnish driver set a track-record in my friends RADICAL,, his age is 14 year
quite some talent :cool
There was a GT 40 replica there from England ,, with oem GURNEY -- WESLAKE Cylender heads ,,, a GORGEOUS car ,, really fast on the straights ,, 548 hp @ the crank

My friends 599 modified cosmeticly by NOVITEC.. unbeliveble good looking ,, i have driven this car a lot ,, went a tour from Germany-Ascari and back to Germany 3 years ago,, one of the best looking GT cars of all time IMO

Me and the LOLA,,,,,,, it surpriced me a lot,, how easy it is to drive the car,, i took it for 5 laps and drove slowly at the start and then increased the speed lap by lap ,, this is so different vs the RADICAL ,, the feeling of power is a lot more in the SR8 ,, but the brakes in the LOLA is a chapter of its own,, the brake force after full speed on the straigt,, vs the RADICAL ((and that car have unbeliveble brakes )) is like comparing the Radical to a 1904 Ford T,,,,,,,, you just stop like a giant sledgehammer have hit the car in front,,,, holy shxx



After a wonderful day,, me and my wife was more than pleased
absolutly delighted to have an opertunaty to be able of driving some of these great racing cars ,,

ps,, here is some older pictures ,, when i got a blast in the CAPARO T1 when they were testing at ASCARI early years in 2008,,
That blast is the most vulgar car experience i have ever had,,,,,
Phil Bennet was the pilot,,

here i am with Michel Verger who have 2 times sat the fastest lap-record on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife in a roadlegal car,,
Michael is a Radical testdriver ,, but was ;;;;;;;; HELPING;;;;;;; the Caparo team that day
