Yes they look like shit. And I highly doubt the lower offset wheels will look any different.
Most likely the different offsets are achieved by varying the mounting pad thickness.

IIRC, 15x8 TRM wheels are about ~14.1lbs each

sadly you cant. I'm concerned about running the 225/40/15. My skid plate is already too close to the ground. However the 225/50/16 is way too large. Here are 16x8 et20 with 225/50/16 star specs on my car. I would love to fit these for the street. Car felt a lot more stable through turns with them and they rolled over potholes and speed bumps quite nice.

Lol it's cool. I'm only familiar with 15'' tire sizes. :loco:

Standard generic pic of the wheels. They don't actually advertise a pic of every offset and bolt pattern they they offer.

The early arches must make a big difference, here is the same setup on rolled fenders. No rubbing issues at all - driving/auto-x/full lock.

But early and late models have the same front arches :loco:

Too bad about the styling, I'd pay $200 a set more for lighter wheels made in Japan vs. the Chinese C1's.

I was referring to the rear arches, just forgot the rear shot -

Does anyone actually know where/who makes them? There was rumor they were made by Enkei. Either way, at least both of these wheels are in an affordable price range for most. I never understood how people can buy wheels that are worth more than their cars!

The C1s are indeed made by Enkei IIRC.

Tire Rack lists the 15x8 C1's at 14.6, 14.8, and 15# depending on the finish, so the K4R's are definitely lighter. And call me crazy, but I actually really like the looks of them. Would really like to see them actually on an E30.

You can view wheels on a vehicle on Tire Rack's site, but it usually doesn't do the wheels justice:
