Weight doesn't matter too much as this will be for my wet weather setup. Can't find much for under $500 set.

I've been thinking about diamonds, they are local to me so I could get them at no shipping I would think. Figured new ones made to my specs would be more than I can spend.

Don't.care so much about the ricer look since they are only for wet track days, but yeah im sure those are 7" wide. 7.5" is actually pushing it since the tires im going to use are 245s. They are currently mounted on 8.5" wheels. Guess I just need to contact diamond and see what a set of steelies is going to run.

Sport Edition's 16" wheels are 7.5 I believe, I've run their type H replicas (the F5) and have yet to bend a wheel, so they must be relatively strong. Super cheap, too.

Not a bad looking wheel, but tire racks website sucks and I can't find available widths, lug patterns or prices...maybe because im on my phone? What is "super cheap"?

i'll suggest Diamond Racing again. Why wouldn't you go that route? They wouldn't be more than you can spend, I think they are around $82 a piece brand new (but I may be thinking of 15s). That said, why not consider 15x8s? Probably the best all around wheel size for an E30 imo.

+1 to considering 15x8. Not sure if it is still the case but tire selection in 15" used to be a lot better than in 16" for some reason.

TRMs from Tire Rack come in a proper fitment in 15x8 and are cheap. (They don't look to shabby either!)

If the sale falls through on my borbets, ill sell em to you. They are 16x7.5s and are light too(I think around 18 lbs). I was going to use them as my track wheels personally. $300. I'll let you know if the sale falls though. They are rattlecanned black as well, which i'm sure you don't care about.
