I have always drifted my e30's. I rock GC's, Z3 lsd and all urethane bushings. My build right now is getting a fully built m20 with a Frankenstein GT3076R............. I'm with shiboujin on this, start off with coilovers.

I'm going to say this once, then I leave the thread:

Don't cheap out on suspensions. GC sells a FULL kit for about $1700 IIRC where they give you good struts, powder coated, shortened and custom valved shocks, their camber/caster plates, ANY spring rate you choose, and all the hardware that goes with it.

Buy it or something of equivalent value. Don't cheap out

              Don't cheap out

DONT buy cheap shit. If there is one thing to spend every last spare penny you have, it's your suspension. It is the single most important part of your car for drifting.

              DON't be a cheap shit.

BC coilovers aren't that bad honestly for the money. Good bang for buck.

                      GC would be awesome though!

Get BC coilovers (like I did). You really don't need anything more than that in a true coilover setup.

don't get into the sport if you don't have the cash to back it up. Good things come to those who wait.
