Source for cheap suit/gloves/shoes for Lemons race

I'm looking for an SFI 3.2A/5 suit, as well as gloves and shoes for a Lemons race. Not looking to spend a fortune on new stuff, I'm OK with used since it's a maybe once a year thing. I already have a helmet.

Are there any good forums, classifieds, or other websites for used/discount racing gear that you guys use?

VRO.com - they hook up ChumpCar with a good package deal. Might be able to do something similar.

Does your helmet already have HANS device fixtures installed? You will need it.

Have you looked at the lemons full box kit? Buy it and sell the helmet if you have a current helmet. The package deal is almost unbeatable unkess you can find.one to let u borrow underwear and suit for free

this place, FTW....get an actual NASCAR suit for like $300 or under. And get one with really cool sponsor logos like "EXTENZE male enhancement" or "Tax Slayer" or "Hellmans Mayonaisse." And they're SFI 3-2A/5 certed.

There are a few awesome purple CROWN ROYAL driver's suits on there.

Don't go cheap on safety equipment.

I have seen LOTS of people depend on their safety gear and were glad they got quality stuff.

Don't get in the mindset of "it won't happen to me."

I'd say to spend a few more $$$ on safety just from a comfort perspective. In all that get up you have to drive for 45-60+ plus (for lemons we were doing 2+hrs in the red wreck when we won NJMP last year) on a hot day, having a suit that is not akin to a canvas tent is a good thing. at the very least if you're going to buy a cheap suit spend the coin on a cool-shirt system, worth every penny IMO...
